Background
My work is paid acquisition: Google Ads and the platforms around it. I run the accounts with my team at K&K Advertising Ltd, using our own analytics layer on top of Google Ads.
A monthly fee rewards the time an account stays open. I want my compensation to depend on what I can change. That is why I work on revenue share, or equity when the stage of the business makes that sensible.
I read the campaigns, search terms and conversion data before we discuss an agreement. If I cannot see room to grow, I say so. If I can, we agree on the share and the numbers we will both use to assess the work.
The same data is where my research starts. I publish aggregates with the method, sample and period; client names stay out of the work.
